Weekend Watch 6/23-6/24
What Iām watching this weekend: The Girl From Missouri (1934)- 1 hr 15 mins

Eadie (Jean Harlow) and Tom Paige Jr. (Franchot Tone)
This weekend I am planning on watching a new film for me: The Girl from Missouri. The film stars "Blonde Bombshell" Jean Harlow in a bit of a comedy-drama mixture. Harlow is Missouri-born Eadie, who runs away from home, determined to marry a millionaire. She falls for a millionaire's son, T.R. Paige Jr. (Franchot Tone), but it's hard to convince everyone that she is a lady and not a gold digger.
Watch together this weekend with me and let me know your thoughts on the film!
