Weekend 12/1-12/2
What I’m watching this weekend: Lady Be Good (1941)- 1 hr 52 mins
Besides last weekend’s film Star of Midnight (1935), I also got a chance to watch Born to Dance (1936). The film features some amazing dance routines, including Eleanor Powell’s iconic routine in the film’s finale. I’m now on a musical kick. This weekend I plan to watch Lady Be Good (1941), which also stars Eleanor Powell and features songs by the dynamic sibling duo of George and Ira Gershwin!
For my thoughts on the film, follow me on twitter @BingsBasment.
