Would Recommend
Footlight Parade (1933)
Hide-Out (1934)- The film is just ok. I actually prefer the remake “I’ll wait for You” (1941), It’s, however, nice to see a young Mickey Rooney.
The Gay Divorcee (1934)
Top Hat (1935)
Follow the Fleet (1936)
Romeo and Juliet (1936)
Swing Time (1936)
Shall We Dance (1937)
A Damsel in Distress (1937)
The Bride Wore Red (1937)- not the greatest film, but it’s a good Joan Crawford performance
Vivacious Lady (1938)
Carefree (1938)
The Major and the Minor (1942)
Tender Comrade (1943)
My Name is Julia Ross (1945)- A B-film Noir
Daisy Kenyon (1947)- This definitely could have been much better- it’s quite frustrating for the viewer to follow. It does, though, have some nice performances.
