Would Recommend
How Green Was My Valley (1941)
Random Harvest (1942)- a bit over the top, but a classic and entertaining melodrama nonetheless
Casanova Brown (1944)- not a great Rom-Com, but it has some wonderful moments in it from a cast of wonderful actors
The Valley of Decision (1945)- be prepared for something of a melodrama
Enchantment (1948)- not top notch, but it is still a little gem of a film
Grease (1978)- a pretty dumb plot and a bit crass, but nonetheless it is a classic with a score of iconic songs
Would Not Recommend
The Gay Bride (1934)- would only recommend watching for the sake of seeing the two leads (Chester Morris and Carole Lombard) in action
Woman Chases Man (1937)
Espionage Agent (1939)- would not recommend unless you're interested in seeing Brenda Marshall in her first film; it had a great plot idea but failed to really do anything with it
